Late harvest – Gewurztraminer
This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
Mellow and delicate, it combines freshness with suppleness to represent a happy medium in the range of Alsace wines.
Thirst-quenching at any time, it is the perfect match for most dishes, fish, white meats or charcuteries.
