The plot from which this wine is made is located on the ruins of the Meywhir castle (10th century), hence the name of this specific area: “Im Schloss”.
A harmonious blend of Muscat d’Alsace and Muscat Ottonel, distinguished by its character and inimitable fruitiness, giving the sensation of really biting into the grape.
Very aromatic and expressing the flavour of fresh fruit.
Wonderful as an aperitif, it is delicious with foie gras and pleases the palate with asparagus or fresh goat cheese.
