A blended wine from the famous GRAND CRU KAEFFERKOPF hillsides, whose name it proudly bears. It is the result of a harmonious blend of Gewurztraminer and Riesling grape varieties.
Its golden yellow colour reflects the over-ripening of the grapes from which it is made.
The nose develops candied and spicy aromas expressing its aromatic power. On the palate, the balance of flavours is revealed by a character that is both warm and mellow.
It is the perfect match for foie gras, spicy dishes or Asian cuisine.
