Late harvest – Gewurztraminer
This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
Fine sparkling wine made according to traditional methods exclusively from the Pinot noir grape variety which gives it its pretty pinky colour.
Slight fruity freshness, notes of red fruit
Served chilled between 5 and 7 °C, it is above all a refined aperitif. It will also be perfect throughout the meal: cold or hot starters, rind cheese (Brie, Camembert) or desserts.

In 75 cl bottle
To be served on its own or flavoured with a cream or a fruit liqueur (vineyard peach, plum)
