Late harvest – Gewurztraminer
This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
The hillside of the GRAND CRU SCHLOSSBERG is an excellent terroir for this wine of character with mineral notes.
Mineral hints, rich in floral aromas.
A gastronomic wine, it reaches its maturity after 4 to 5 years and goes well with fish, seafood, white meats and sauerkraut.
8-10 years
In 75 cl bottle
The steeply sloping Schlossberg requires terraced cultivation.
