This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
A blended wine from the famous GRAND CRU KAEFFERKOPF hillsides, whose name it proudly bears. It is the result of a harmonious blend of Gewurztraminer and Riesling grape varieties.
Gastronomic wine, with an expressive but not exuberant aroma.
Throughout the meal, as an aperitif, with exotic cuisine, strong cheese and desserts.

Homemade grape juice pasteurised and made from Alsatian grape varieties from our vineyard.
The hillside of the GRAND CRU SCHLOSSBERG is an excellent terroir for this wine of character with mineral notes.
The famous hillsides of the Kaefferkopf give this wine its fresh, fruity character, with a very delicate bouquet and subtle acidity.
